Deactivating your Wonder account is a permanent and irreversible actions. If you are uncertain of the purpose of this feature, you are advised to get more information from our support before proceeding. If one or more of the below conditions are met, you are unable to proceed with termination unless/until they are updated: This personal account balance is not yet back to 0.00.This personal account still has incoming/outgoing fund being processed.The auto-disbursement setting is still being enabled in your account settings. Please make sure to disable this setting before terminating the account.There are still pending payout(s) being processed in your personal account.There are still processing transaction through Wonder Payment Gateway for this business account.You are currently identified as a Director/UBO of active business account(s) in Wonder system.

閱讀文章You can choose how your money to be settled with Wonder. Three types of Settlement Methods: 1. Manual: The Settlement is being done manually. If the Merchant account settings shows : Manual, User could view a “Settle Now” button on Merchant account. Clicking on “Settle Now” button, will allow user to settle all the transaction done till the time from day end opening time. 2. Automatic: The settlement is being done automatically. If the Merchant account settings shows: Automatic, then the transactions will be settled automatically in auto dayend time. 3. Hybrid: The settlement is being done Automatically as well as Manually. If the Merchant account settings shows : Hybrid; the user can settle the transactions manually and if there is any transactions after the last manual settlement, these transactions will auto settled at auto dayend time.

Wonder App allows users to create and spend directly with Wonder-issued Cards. Wonder Card is now available for both Business and Personal Accounts. In Business Accounts, you can provision Executive Cards for individual spending, or provision Expense Cards for other associates to access and co-manage the business expenses together. In Wonder Dashboard you can view your Payment Gateway Report in Analytics. Here are the data you can view: Payment Gateway History: This is the report that displays the transactions that are being processed from Wonder Payment Gateway (online and offline payments). The report will display the total settlement amount vs the total processing amount. The logic of the date will be the business account’s operation dayend time. Transactions History: This analytic section displays the breakdowns of processing transactions through Wonder Payment Gateway, this includes both settling transactions (such as Visa, Mastercard transactions etc.) and non-settling transactions (such as AMEX, Octopus transactions etc.) Settlements History: This analytic section displays the historical settlements disbursed from Wonder Payment Gateway to your account.
