如何啟動您的Wonder虛擬卡？
- Go to Card module, if you have not issued a Wonder Card for your account yet, click on "Create Card" button.
- Choose Card Type, user can choose create to create an Executive Card or an Expense Card.
- 行政卡分配給您帳戶內的特定員工/用戶，行政卡的目的是支付該持卡人花費的任何費用。
- 費用卡可協助您的企業支付特定類別的交易/費用（月租、訂閱、行銷費用等）。您能分配費用卡給多個持卡人，您的同事可以共同存取/共同管理。請注意，消費卡僅適用於企業帳戶。
- Create Executive Card: add cardholder as card owner. You can choose a card owner from the existing active Associates list, and the card will be associated to that particular user account.
- Create Expense Card: You can name this card based on the general expense that the card is purposed for. Multiple card owner are allowed for one Expense Card. Once assigned, the card owner(s) will be the ones that can authenticate online transaction using this card, as well as receiving all related notifications of this particular card.
- You can choose to set specific limits. The limit will restrict the given card's own spending limit.
- Review, and confirm card information.
- Once card is provisioned successfully, you will be able to see card information to start spending.
- Go back to Card module home page, you can check the card just created.
Wonder 虛擬卡如何運作?
對於每筆 Wonder 虛擬卡交易，Wonder 都會從您的往來帳戶餘額中扣除資金。Wonder 虛擬卡資金來源可以是您Wonder支付或接收的資金，也可以透過Wonder虛擬帳戶直接儲值。Wonder 根據該卡的結算幣種（港幣、美元、日元），扣除相應交易金額貨幣- 例如，如果您的Wonder虛擬卡的結算貨幣為港幣，Wonder會在您的帳戶中扣除一筆港幣。如果您的交易金額為其他貨幣，那麼我們的系統會轉換相應的貨幣進行最終結算。

Wonder 虛擬卡如何充值?
- Wonder支付或接收的資金：如果您使用 Wonder 收取卡片/錢包交易，您可以選擇將資金保留在 Wonder 往來帳戶中，而不自動將資金支付到其他的銀行帳戶。
- 從虛擬帳戶新增資金：點擊此處了解什麼是虛擬帳戶。若要充值資金，請點擊此處了解如何透過虛擬帳戶充值。
企業帳戶Wonder卡的角色及權限
在企業帳戶中，根據您和同事的角色，Wonder 虛擬卡不同的存取權限：
- 董事（卡片管理員）：
- 建立 Wonder 虛擬卡並將其分配給自己或其他同事。
- 查看並編輯/鎖定/終止企業帳戶的所有卡片。
- 商戶管理員（卡片管理員）角色：
- 建立 Wonder 虛擬卡並將其分配給自己或其他同事。
- 查看和編輯/鎖定/終止企業帳戶的所有卡。
- 財務經理角色：
- 可以查看和使用專門分配給他們的卡片。
- 無法查看未分配給他們的其他卡片。
- 無法自行創建虛擬卡。
- 無法直接編輯/鎖定/終止虛擬卡本身。
- 銷售經理角色：
- 可以查看和使用專門分配給他們的卡片。
- 無法查看未分配給他們的其他卡片。
- 無法自行創建虛擬卡。
- 無法直接編輯/鎖定/終止虛擬卡本身。
- 銷售助理的角色：
- 可以查看和使用專門分配給他們的卡片。
- 無法查看未分配給他們的其他卡片。
- 無法自行創建虛擬卡。
- 無法直接編輯/鎖定/終止虛擬卡本身。
